Wildhorse is a marvelous community located at Braun & 1604 (right outside the loop). Wildhorse is a DR Horton Community that is on it's last phase of development with homes from the 160's.
Wildhorse is conveniently located just minutes from La Cantera (PF Changs China Bistro, Tiffany's, Nordstrom's) and the newest shopping center on the other side of the neighborhood at 1604 & Culebra known as the "Shops at Culebra".

Wildhorse is a fantastic family neighborhood with an elementary school on the main street of the neighborhood http://www.nisd.net/krueger/ , two swimming pools a gazebo, walking trails, picnic area, basketball area and a daycare. All within walking distance.

The month of January's solds were a tad lower than what I reported for December and November 2008
Listed below are the homes that sold during the month (based on the San Antonio board of Realtors).

What a cool way to present a market report. I need to do several but have procrastinated and actually want something that looks different. Like yours, Karen Kruschka's or Debe Maxwell's. Your all very good!
Kristin - You had me at Nordstroms...
The house on Shetland Gate looks like it was a real "value"... That is a lot of square footage for the price!
Hi...yes, I too like the difference of your report..and I love that name Wildhorse. I could live there just for the name, if I wanted to live in Texas that is :)
Kristin, with this report I love how you combined the photos with the SOLDs. It brings the area to life.
Love your community localism/sales combo - what a clever idea! :-)
I live the imagination you used in coming up with this report! Very cool!!!
Very nicely presented Kristin :o)
