The San Antonio Board of Realtors has released it's MLS stats for November 2008.   

Here are the high spots:  

The top three sales prices for homes that sold in November, 2008 were:    

1.  $100,000 to $119,999 (at 102 homes sold). 

2.  $140,000 to $159,999 (at 94 homes sold).

3.  $120,000 to $139,999  (85 homes homes sold).

Days on market is below, the highest amount was 120+ with the lowest in the 91-120 time frame.

Kristen, I always think it's interesting to see what other market stats are, especially the prices and where the "meat" of the inventory and sales lies. I'm shocked at the number of very affordable homes you have as well. 32 under $29k? Are those condos?
