Good numbers to show that things are still moving in SA!

Hi Kristin, Wow, I can't believe the prices in your area.  I just sold a $289k one bedroom condo - one could buy several houses in your area for the same price!

Hi Kristin, I am with Lisa!  I am in escrow with 3 homes all in the high 3's and the biggest one is 1300 sq feet!  I bet they could get a mansion in San Antonio.  Maybe I should buy a second home!  You have houses for less than 30k?  That is the price of a car!

I think the 289k condo is about 800 square feet.  Maybe smaller.

Houses in San Antonio are very well priced that's for sure.  I'm glad to see things are moving though not as quickly as before.

Cheap gas (at least relative to here) and low cost housing.  Ok, what's wrong with SA, really! C'mon. :)
