Kristin - Mystic Shores is a beautiful subdivision. We have lived at the lake a number of years and watched Mystic Shores develop. My grandparents were friends with the original owners of that property way back before Hwy. 306 was cut through to Hwy. 281. They use to go by boat back and forth to visit each other. Both our son's live off Hwy. 206. They have an nice elementary school and a high school off Hwy. 306; therefore has and will continue to see some growth in that area. The lake is beautiful and the hills and valleys make you think you are in Colorado.

Carl & Ceil - Ahhhh...now I really want to live there. The lots were so reasonably priced I kept thinking, why don't you just get one?? But the DRIVE! I don't know if I could handle that. km
