It happened again! I received another referral from another ActiveRain member & closed last week!!
That makes two in one month!
Thank you to an agent I know who realized that I work short sales, trusting me with her client's needs with one & referring them to me. It was a very long 6 month road but the home sold, Bank of America cooperated with the short sale & we closed! The new buyer's are happy, the seller's are happy, the buyer's lender is happy (Hi Melissa!) the listing agent (me!) is happy, the buyer's agent is happy, the referring agent is happy & Bank of America is happy! Well, I hope so!
This agent called me in late 2009 asking if I would like to assist her client's with their short sale. It took awhile as short sales do (Patience, patience, patience!!) but we closed!!
This proves that NETWORKING on your COMPUTER really works!!
The photo above is me with the commission check that I have had to work the HARDEST for this year. No doubt about that!

Yea! I love happy endings and good news. Short sales aren't the easiest but because of the trials encountered along the way, they are often the most rewarding. Glad AR continues to work for you!
