Do you know this Dog? San Antonio, Texas

I can't help but post this picture.

san antonio real estate ~ Kristin Moran

My sister saw this dog today & sent me a text.  She told me where the dog was (she couldn't stop) & I ran over there & picked her up.  She was standing in a field on Evans road right before you get to FM 2252 (Nacogdoches Road).  She didn't have a collar or any identification & she came right up to me when I called to her.

She hung out in the office today, she was the RE/MAX Access mascot for the day. Tomorrow I will take her to the vet to see if she has a chip.  I hope that someone is missing her somewhere & we find her family soon.

What a good samaritan think to do. Gorgeous muppet. I'm so glad she's safe and sound!

Hi Kristin - You did a good thing, rescuing that darling little thing.  The fact that she is so friendly indicates that she has a loving family and has been well cared for.  I imagine someone is missing her greatly.

My daughter is an animal control officer in Williamson County. Please check with your animal control to see if anyone is missing a dog. She looks well kept so I am sure her owner is worried. People who lose there pets check with animal control to see if someone has brought them in. You can offer to foster while they see if someone comes in to claim her.

We find many lost pooches who's family may be travelling in the area and the dog wanders away.  Some actually forget they have their pet with them if they're on holiday as theyre doing something outside of their norm.  I hope the shelters have news of her family.  She's a cutie!

Thanks guys.  We gave her a bath, it was raining all day in San Antonio so she was very muddy.  It was obvious she wasn't malnourished though so I know someone misses her somewhere.  We registered her on fideofinder.com so I am hoping her family finds her soon.

I've never heard of fideofinder, so that's good to know. I am always so torn when I see dogs running loose. Do I help them or do they know their way home? Good deeds have a way of coming back to you tenfold Kristin....way to go!

She does look like she is enjoying her visit.  Good luck on finding her owners.

Gotta love a company mascot. I just got a dog yesterday and was hoping to have him around the office for a while. It isn't working out so far...he's bitten my kids 5 times already. Nothing too mean, but I'm not taking chances.

Kristin: I have a feeling if no one claims her she will be adopted by a good someone. Wonder Who?

That would be pretty cool if you found the owner based on this post. Good luck. The dog looks well taken care of, so Im sure the owner misses them.
