Buy a home from me, use the truck to move for free!

Hey Kristin, That was fun to watch. I remember when I started that the older agents talked about the mls books and the way they used to do business, but as your Dad says some things never change.
HI Barb! - Well i'm just glad we now have a big ol' MLS on the computer to look at!
that daddy is too cute! loved it!
K,
We still had the book around here in 1998 and people were fighting to keep them and didn't want to go to the mls on a permanent basis. I think we still have some folks carrying their pager. :-))
Don - HA! You mean there was resistance to the change??? The new & improved market place to make our lives easier? Not to mention more fun! :)
I remember those ten pound phones, we carried our in a bag with the extra battery, we thought we were the cat's meow. One thing we know folks will always be looking for a home to buy or sell, some things never change; its the process.
Now that was so much fun to watch! And I get I'm from the same era as your Dad - since I remember all of that! ;-)
Love the Post Kristen. I made it a featured post on the Lessons Learned group.
