A very quick week ago I listed her home for sale. Perfect timing for her neighborhood & area. Showings left & right, questions about it & feedback left by showing agents.
This is the home we sold to her a few short years ago in San Antonio, Texas. Her boys are grown now & have moved on with their lives & she's moving on with hers. She's ready to put her belongings into her new place & call it "home".
We received a full price offer on it today. It's terribly exciting but also a little sad. This home has meant alot to her & to me as well. She's one of my best friends & we have spent a ton of time together just hanging out in it. Making memories, having parties, laughing, crying & joking.
She called it home & now it's time for a new young family to make their memories in it.
So, goodbye old neighborhood, goodbye old neighbors....Hello new neighborhood & new neighbors! It's time to write a new chapter of life in your new home!
