Average Sales price has increase slightly from 3rd Quarter 2007 to 3rd Quarter 2008. The average in 07' was $186,020 while 08' is $186,590.

The average price/square foot in 2007 was $89/square foot while 2008 is slightly lower at $87/square foot.
