My office hosted an "Open Office" last night to celebrate the re-opening of RE/MAX Access. I had invited everyone I knew and some I didn't. We really wanted the party to be a huge success!! I was really excited when Monica Vera walked in, I knew right away that she was my AR buddy!
I have been following Monica Vera since her first featured post back in October of this year (2008 still!). Monica "helps people sell their homes" by staging them, she does some awesome work and has some really reasonable rates. We chatted quite a bit and learned we live about 5 minutes from each other and used to work @ the same company so I am certain we have crossed paths prior to last night. It made me chuckle every time I introduced her to someone @ the party and said "we met online".
My sister and I were very impressed with Monica, she saw an opportunity to meet some agents and make some friends and she went with it!! Monica is very talented and has a knack for making homes go from good to spectacular. I truly admire folks who can put colors together and arrange existing things to make a house look more like a home (and one you want to buy!).
