There are many, many things you can get a client who purchases their home from you. I think i've done them all; doggie doors, wind chimes, gift cards, repair jobs, dinner & drinks, the list goes on.
I truly believe the best gift was something I took part in today. It was simple, fun, low cost AND it put me front and center with potential buyers and sellers - I threw my client a housewarming party!
We all know you can't throw yourself a housewarming party SO, who better to do it for you than your Realtor & your Loan Officer? At closing we presented the home buyer with a housewarming party thrown by us & set it up for this weekend. I can't take full credit - it was the Loan Officer's idea but we split the expenses and the work involved to make it a success!
We had a huge turnout, my client was THRILLED and introduced me to all her friends, neighbors & co-workers as "Her WONDERFUL Realtor who found her this SPECTACULAR house!"
