I might be a reformed Growth Leader lover.
I had a few weeks of Growth Leader, without much luck. I had a ton of leads but none that really seemed to stick when I tried to make them stick! All of a sudden, I had a call from a young gal who wanted to buy a condo.
I showed it to her, we wrote it up, she backed up...bummer.
She had cold feet, I understood & told her to call me when her feet were warmer. Guess what? She did. Not less than 4 weeks later (on the date we would have closed the 1st deal), she called.....
"I'm ready to buy a home now & i'm serious this time". Who doesn't love those words? (me, me, me, me, meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!)
We closed on Monday. She is now a new homeowner, loving life in her new condo. I am so happy for her, & thrilled I was able to help her & with how she found me, directly through Growth Leader.
The best part? She has friends who want to take advantage of the 8,000 tax credit & guess who she's sending them to?
I think I have a new found love for Growth Leader......
