How many homes have sold in San Antonio, Texas? (October 2011 vs. October 2010)
The San Antonio, Texas market has changed. I find it informative to look at it & compare it in many different way's every so often.
A very interesting statistic from year to year is the number of homes that have sold for any given month. The comparison I am using with the graph below is for single family homes only.
The dates I am using are October 2011 vs. October 2010.
Big difference. 452 homes to be exact. October isn't historically what we would call a "hot" month by any means but a difference of almost 500 is pretty significant for any October.
