ANOTHER ActiveRain success story in San Antonio, Texas

Are you tired of these posts yet?  Have you heard enough about the success I have had with ActiveRain this summer?  I mean really, I can see where these trumpeter posts can get loathsome, there's the one about my first check, a direct referral from the remarkably hilarious Greg Nino in Houston, Texas, next up was my second check, courtesy of an agent from right here in San Antonio & NOW, yes, there's a third, and this has all been THIS SUMMER

Is this some sort of record on AR?  If not, it is with me!

So, back to my original question, are you tired of these posts yet?  I'm not, i'm back with another check & a big ol' smile!

Pictured above is my chubby baby belly along with my chubby commission check...

This one is courtesy of the dynamic duo from Ohio, none other than, Liz & Bill Spear

Liz & Bill contacted me not too long ago with the prospect of working with a friend's daughter, they were making a big move to San Antonio & needed an agent.  Liz & Bill scoured AR & found someone (me!) they thought would be a good match for this young couple and i'm so glad they did!

So, thanks Liz & Bill, it was a pleasure working with your clients, establishing a contact in Ohio & being your first referral via AR!  I love first time home buyer's & appreciate your trust in me!

AND,

Thanks ActiveRain!  The power of the blog posts compels us to network, get to know one another, build rapport & ultimately do business together! What a concept!

Simply put.......AR Works!
